Editing Client Addresses

You can edit or add additional client addresses on the client profile in the Addresses tab.

First, you'll click on Clients in your main navigation menu.

This will open the Clients drop down options. From the drop down options, you'll click the List option.

In your client list, you can use the search bar to find the client who's address you need to edit. Once you've found the client, you'll click on the pencil icon under the Actions column.

This will open the client's profile. In the client profile, you'll click on the Addresses tab to find the list of addresses associate with this client.

From the Addresses tab, you'll find the address you'd like to edit and click on the pencil icon to edit the address.

This will open the Edit Address page. On the edit address page, you can change the Address Title, Address, City, State, and Zip. You can also change the address type between Delivery, Billing, and Billing + Delivery. Selecting Delivery will make the address only available as a delivery address in the Logistics section of an order when creating or editing an order. Selecting Billing will make the address only available as a billing address in the Client section of an order when creating or editing an order. Selecting Billing + Delivery will make the address available to be used in both the billing section and the delivery section.

Once you've made the necessary changes to the client address, you'll click the green Update Address button at the bottom of the page.

Note: As you type an address, you'll be offered autocomplete options based on what you've entered. If you do not wish to use the autocomplete (if you're adding an apartment or suite number for example), simply click out of the field once you're finished typing and do not click the Enter or Return key on your keyboard.

Once you click the Update Address button, the changes will be save and you'll be brought back to the client profile. You'll have a green Success message at the top confirming the change has been made.
