In order to accept credit card payments, you'll need to connect your Rentopian account to your payment processing account through a Payment Gateway. Rentopian integrates with a few different payment processors which each require specific credentials in order to connect. Below we've included brief instructions on finding your credentials from your payment processor, but for more detailed instructions, please contact your payment processor.

How to Find Your Username and Password for PayJunction Integration

PayJunction is currently the only payment processor which allows ACH through integration with Rentopian. To integrate PayJunction with your application for payment processing, you'll need your Username and Password.

    • Under Settings, select Users or User Management.

  3. Locate Your API Credentials

    • Identify the user account associated with API access.

    • Note the Username listed for this account. The Password will not be displayed for security reasons.

  4. Reset or Create a Password (if needed)

    • Select the user account and choose the option to Reset Password or set a new one.

    • Follow the prompts to create a secure password. Ensure this password is securely stored and only accessible to authorized individuals.

    • If you don’t know the password for the API user:

  5. Enable API Access (if required)

    • Confirm that the user account has API access enabled. If not, update the user settings to enable it.
