The workflow status updates automatically based on customer actions in the request review process. You can also update it manually by clicking on the Workflow Status in the Order or Quote view screen.

1. How Workflow Status Updates

Status changes happen in two ways:

  • Automatically: Based on customer actions.

  • Manually: By clicking the status in the quote view.

2. Workflow Status Meanings

  • Sent: The customer has received the request review.

  • Accepted: The customer has accepted the transaction.

  • Rejected: The customer has requested adjustments.

3. What Does Completed Mean?

Under the request review section, you can choose which options to include. These settings can be adjusted on the quote.

  • If Contracts was included but not payment: The customer has accepted the quote and signed the contracts.

  • If Payment was included but not contract: The customer has accepted the quote and made the requested payment.

  • If Contracts & Payment were both included: The customer has accepted the quote, signed the contracts, and made the payment.
