You can find any contract associated with a transaction in the Documents tab of the order or quote view screen. Follow these steps to access and review contract documents.
1. Navigate to the Transactions List
Go to your Transactions list to find the order you need. Then use the filters or search to locate the transaction. Click View on the order.
2. Access the Documents Tab
In the order view, navigate to the Documents tab to see all associated contracts.
3. Check and Manage Contracts
For each contract, you have the following options:
View: Click on a contract to open and review it.
Send for Signature: If unsigned, send the contract for signing.
Download: Save a copy of the contract.
Email: Send the contract to the customer.
Print: Print a physical copy if needed.
4. Viewing Signature Status
When viewing a contract, you can check the signature status to see if it has been signed.
