Go to Settings in your Rentopian dashboard.

Select Delivery Fees / Options.

Under General Information, select By Zone as the Type, then click Save delivery settings.

Click the green Add Delivery Fee button.

Give your delivery fee a title (e.g., Zone 1).

Click the blue Add Delivery Zone button to define a specific delivery area.

If you have multiple company locations, select the correct one.

Set your delivery area by address, zip code, city, state, or country. If an address matches more than one zone, the most specific one is used: zip code first, then city, then state, then country.

Enter the Regular Rate for deliveries to that zone.

Optionally, under Override Regular Price Based On Minimum Order Total, enter an Order Total and a Delivery Rate. When the transaction's product subtotal is more than that Order Total, the Delivery Rate replaces the Regular Rate.

Optionally, enter a Minimum Order Amount. If someone saves an order below this amount for delivery or pickup in this zone, Rentopian shows them this minimum, and they can go back and edit the order or proceed anyway.

Click Confirm.

You can add more zones under the same delivery fee.

Choose whether they have the same or different rates.

When creating a new delivery fee, click Save delivery fee to finalize your changes. Zones aren't saved until you do.

When editing an existing delivery fee, each zone saves as soon as you click Confirm. To change the title, click Update the title.

From the Delivery Fees tab, view your list of created zones.

Edit using the pencil icon or delete using the trash can icon.
