In this example, we will set up a Scheduler email with preparation instructions for customers who have a tent in their rental. Below you'll find a video on how to set up the template and scheduler as well as a template and conditions. You can use this template as a starting point for creating your own Scheduler email and customize based on your own circumstances and preferences.

We’re excited to help bring your event to life! Your tent order #{order_number} is scheduled for delivery and setup on {logistics_delivery_date_time}, at {delivery_address_name} {delivery_address}. To make the installation go smoothly, here are a few things you can prepare in advance:

What to Prepare for Tent Delivery & Installation

  • Clear the area where the tent will go. Remove debris, furniture, rocks, branches, or any obstacles. Make sure there’s a path at least 36” wide so our team can carry equipment easily.

  • Ensure the ground is level or relatively even. If it’s sloped or uneven, let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

  • Mark any underground utilities (sprinklers, wires, pipes). If needed, call your local service to have them located and marked.

  • Check for overhead obstructions such as trees, wires, or low branches that might interfere with tent height or frame.

  • Make sure someone is present at the delivery location to direct our crew, confirm placement, and answer questions.

  • If your tent includes accessories (sidewalls, lighting, flooring, climate control), confirm any additional power or anchoring requirements in advance.

  • Verify that any required permits or permissions have been secured if your local municipality requires them for tent installations.

Schedule Date

In our example, we scheduled our email for 4 Days Before Transaction Delivery Date but when choosing a schedule date we recommend considering other emails you're sending and how much notice you prefer the customer to have.
