In this example, we will set up a Scheduler email to follow up on quotes that have been sent a Request Review that have not yet converted to orders. Below you'll find a video on how to set up the template and scheduler as well as a template and conditions. You can use this template as a starting point for creating your own Scheduler email and customize based on your own circumstances and preferences.

Template

Hello {client_full_name},

Thank you for considering us for your upcoming event on {invoice_event_date}. We're excited to work with you, but it looks like you haven't confirmed your quote. You can review your quote and confirm using the link below:

{transaction_review_link}

Please note that all items are on a first come, first served bases, and your items are not guaranteed until we've confirmed your order.

We're looking forward to being a part of your day!

Best regards,

{company_name} Team

Recommended Conditions

Transaction Type = Quote

Transaction Status = CREATED

Schedule Date

In our example, we scheduled our email to go out 2 days After Request Review Create Date. This strategy ensures this email only goes out to quotes that I've sent to the customer for review. You can find out more about the Request Review process in this article.
