Green percentage with up arrow: Increase from the previous period
Red percentage with down arrow: Decrease from the previous period
0.00%: No change, or both periods had zero values
Example: If "New Orders" shows "5" with "+25.00%", you had 5 new orders in the current period, which is 25% more than the previous period.
