Income Report

Break down income by client, category, product, service, fee, or set, with filters and built-in exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Income report breaks down your revenue over a period, grouped the way you choose — by client, category, product, service, fee, or set.

Where to Find It

Reports → Financial Reports → Income

What This Report Shows

  • Total income for each group (client, category, product, and so on)

  • Amount paid versus total

  • Fee totals

  • A separate cancelled total, so you can see revenue that was lost

Filters You Can Apply

  • Income breakdown — group results by client, category, product, service, fee, or set

  • Date type — match the date range against the event date, order start, order end, or creation date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Event type

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Before reading the results, note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Only confirmed orders are included. Quotes are excluded.

  • Order templates and deleted orders are excluded.

  • Cancelled orders are not counted in income — they're shown separately in the cancelled total column rather than in your earned revenue.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
