The Store Credits report shows the history of store credit activity — credits issued and used — by client and action type.

What This Report Shows
Credit amount and action (issued, used, and so on)
The related order
Client name and date
Filters You Can Apply
Date range — based on when the credit activity occurred. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.
Action type and client
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

Note what this report leaves out automatically:
Only active store-credit records are shown. Inactive or removed credit entries are not included.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
