Transaction Dates Report

Review the logistics dates on orders — delivery, pickup, setup, and event — with filters and exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Transaction Dates report lays out the logistics dates on your orders — delivery, pickup, setup, arrival, and event times — so you can review scheduling across a period.

Where to Find It

Reports → Financial Reports → Transaction Dates

What This Report Shows

  • Order number and start/end dates

  • Delivery date and time, pickup date and time

  • Arrival, setup, and event start/end times

  • Delivery notes

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the order start/end, arrival, setup, event, or pickup dates

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Order type and order status

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Order templates and deleted orders are excluded.

  • Only orders with scheduled delivery or pickup logistics are shown, since the report is built around those dates.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
