The Transaction Creation Lead Time report shows how far in advance your orders are typically created — the gap between when an order is booked and when it starts — so you can understand booking patterns.
Where to Find It
Reports → Financial Reports → Transaction Creation Lead Time
What This Report Shows
Each lead-time bucket (days or weeks in advance)
Number of orders in that bucket
Each bucket's share of the total
Filters You Can Apply
Group by — days or weeks in advance
Date type — match the date range against the event date, order start date, or creation date
Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.
Order type and transportation type
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

Note what this report leaves out automatically:
Order templates and deleted orders are excluded.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
