Transaction Export Report

Export general transaction information for a date range, with filters and built-in exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Transaction Export report gives you a general export of transaction information — a flexible list of orders with key details — handy for sharing or working with the data elsewhere.

Where to Find It

Reports → Financial Reports → Transaction Export

What This Report Shows

  • Order number and key dates (creation, start, or event)

  • Client name and order type

  • Payment status

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the creation date, order start date, or event date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Order type and payment status

  • Generate review links — optionally include shareable review links

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Order templates and deleted orders are excluded.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
