Referral % Report

See earnings by referral source, with filters and built-in exclusions explained.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Referral % report shows how much revenue came from each referral source, helping you measure which lead sources actually drive completed business.

Where to Find It

Reports → Financial Reports → Referral %

What This Report Shows

  • Referral source and its percentage

  • Order totals and subtotals attributed to that source

  • Amount paid

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the order start, end, or return date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Before reading the results, note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Only returned (completed) orders are included. Quotes and in-progress orders are excluded.

  • Only orders that have a referral source assigned appear. Orders with no referral source are not counted.

  • Order templates are excluded, and only active or returned items are counted.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
