Subrentals Report

Track items you sub-rented from other vendors, with filters and built-in exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Subrentals report tracks items you sub-rented from other vendors to fill orders — useful for understanding how often you rely on outside stock and what it costs.

Where to Find It

Reports → Financial Reports → Subrentals

What This Report Shows

  • Sub-rental number

  • Product and variant

  • Quantity, rental price, and delivery date

  • Client name and payment status

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the need-by date or the creation date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Product and sub-rental status

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report shows and leaves out:

  • Only sub-rentals are included. Regular purchase orders are not shown here.

  • Cancelled sub-rentals are excluded, and only active rental items are counted.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
