The Coupon Usage report shows how often each coupon code was used and how much discount it generated, so you can measure the impact of your promotions.

What This Report Shows
Coupon code
Total order value where the coupon was used
Total discount given
Filters You Can Apply
Date type — match the date range against the event date, order start date, or creation date
Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)
⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out
Note what this report shows and leaves out:
Only orders that used a coupon appear. Orders without a coupon are not counted.
Only confirmed orders are included — quotes are excluded.
Cancelled orders and order templates are excluded.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
