Lead Conversion Report

Track new versus converted leads and potential versus actual income over time, with filters and exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Lead Conversion report tracks how many leads came in versus how many converted over time, along with potential and actual income — useful for measuring your sales funnel.

Where to Find It

Reports → Client Reports → Lead Conversion

What This Report Shows

  • New leads and converted leads per period

  • Number of quotes and orders

  • Potential income versus actual income

  • Cancelled and expired counts

Filters You Can Apply

  • Group by — day, month, or year

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Only active leads are counted, and deleted orders are excluded from the income figures.

  • Periods with no activity are still shown (as zeros) so the timeline stays continuous.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
