The Delivery / Pickup report lists your orders that have delivery or pickup logistics, with their scheduled dates, addresses, and drivers — useful for planning and reviewing field operations.

What This Report Shows
Order number, client name, and address
Delivery and pickup dates
Order total and status
Driver and transportation type
Filters You Can Apply
Date type — match the date range against the order dates, event date, or a specific logistics date (delivery, pickup, arrival, setup)
Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.
Order type, order status, transportation type, driver, department, and client
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)
⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out
Note what this report leaves out automatically:
Only confirmed orders are included. Quotes are excluded.
Cancelled orders and order templates are excluded.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
