Delivery / Pickup Report

A list of orders with delivery and pickup logistics, with filters and built-in exclusions.

The Delivery / Pickup report lists your orders that have delivery or pickup logistics, with their scheduled dates, addresses, and drivers — useful for planning and reviewing field operations.


Where to Find It

Reports → Operations & Logistics → Delivery / Pickup


What This Report Shows

  • Order number, client name, and address

  • Delivery and pickup dates

  • Order total and status

  • Driver and transportation type


Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the order dates, event date, or a specific logistics date (delivery, pickup, arrival, setup)

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Order type, order status, transportation type, driver, department, and client

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)


⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Only confirmed orders are included. Quotes are excluded.

  • Cancelled orders and order templates are excluded.


Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
