Global Packing List Report

A combined packing list across many orders for a date range, with filters and built-in exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Global Packing List report combines the items across many orders into one consolidated packing list for a date range, so you can see everything that needs to go out (or come back) at once.

Where to Find It

Reports → Operations & Logistics → Global Packing List

What This Report Shows

  • Products and quantities across the matching orders

  • Delivery and pickup details and client information

  • Delivery address and transportation details

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the order dates or a specific logistics date (delivery, pickup, arrival, setup, event)

  • Date range — note this report is limited to about a 3-month window at a time. For longer periods, run consecutive ranges.

  • Order type, transportation type, driver, department, client, and setup-required

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Only created and rented-out orders are included. Quotes, returned, cancelled, and deleted orders are not part of the packing list.

  • The date window is capped at about 3 months, shorter than most reports, because packing lists are meant for near-term operations.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
