The Capacity Calendar shows your daily operational load as a color-coded month calendar, weighing deliveries and pickups so you can see at a glance which days are open, busy, or over the limit.

What This Report Shows
Each day, colored by how loaded it is (from "Super Open" through "Over The Limit")
The weighted load for the day, combining deliveries and pickups
A weekly total
Filters You Can Apply
Date window — the span to display (see the limit below)
Order type and order status
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit the view to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)
⚠️ How This Report Works
A few things to know:
The window is limited to about 100 days at a time. Longer spans can't be displayed in one view.
If you don't choose an order status, it defaults to created and rented-out orders.
Orders with multiple delivery and pickup legs count toward capacity on each leg's date — a two-leg order counts twice.
The colors and thresholds are configurable in the Capacity Calendar settings, so what counts as "busy" reflects your own weights.
