User Actions Report

An audit log of actions taken by your users, with filters and what the report shows.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The User Actions report is an audit log of what your team members did in Rentopian — useful for accountability, training, and tracking down when a change was made.

Where to Find It

Reports → Activity & Logs → User Actions

What This Report Shows

  • The user who performed the action

  • The action taken (created, updated, deleted, and so on)

  • What was affected and when

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • User

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Shows

Note the scope of this report:

  • It lists tracked user actions in chronological order, most recent first. It reflects activity recorded by the system rather than every keystroke.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
