Managing Existing Fees

After a fee is created, it will appear in the Order Size-Based Fees table.

You can:

  • Edit a fee using the pencil icon

  • Delete a fee using the trash can icon

Using Percentage-Based Fees

When using percentage fees, you can control what value the percentage is calculated from.

This setting is located under the Options tab of your Delivery Fees settings.

Product Subtotal

The percentage is calculated using the full product subtotal of the transaction.

This includes the total rental and sale pricing currently on the order.

Product Raw Subtotal for One Day

The percentage is calculated using the standard rental or sale prices of the products.

This ignores any additional rental days that may increase the transaction subtotal.

Product Subtotal for One Day

The percentage is calculated using only one rental day's worth of product pricing.

Example:

  • A rental item costs $100 per day.

  • The customer rents it for 3 chargeable days.

  • The product subtotal is $300.

  • The one-day subtotal remains $100.

If your fee is based on Product Subtotal for One Day, the percentage would be calculated from $100 instead of $300.
