You can stop automated emails from being sent for one specific transaction.
This is helpful when you do not want system-triggered emails going to the customer, but you still want to send emails manually when needed.
Turn Off Automated Emails for a Transaction
Open the Add Order page or edit an existing transaction.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Find the No Emails option just above the Create or Update button.
Check No Emails.
Create or update the transaction.
What Does No Emails Block?
The No Emails setting blocks emails that are sent automatically because of an action or trigger in Rentopian.
It only applies to the transaction where the option is selected.
Important: No Emails does not stop you from sending emails manually.
What Emails Can I Still Send?
You can still send any email that you manually choose to send.
Examples include:
Request for Payment
Request Review
Copies of the quote or order
Contracts
Invoices
If you are clicking a button to send the email, you can still send it even when No Emails is checked.
