In-system notifications help you keep track of activity happening in Rentopian.
You can quickly view unread notifications from the bell icon or open the full Notifications page to search, filter, and manage them.
View Unread Notifications
Your notifications are available from the bell icon.
The orange circle above the bell will show the number of unread notifications.
Click the bell icon to see your unread notifications.
Click a notification to open the event or transaction connected to it.
View All Notifications
At the bottom of the notification list, click the eye icon next to All Notifications.
This will open the In-System Notifications page where you can view and manage your notifications.
Filter Notifications by User
At the top of the Notifications page, you can filter notifications using Managed By and Salesperson.
Managed By: Select one or more users to see notifications for transactions where those users are listed as Managed By.
Salesperson: Select one or more users to see notifications for transactions where those users are listed as the Salesperson.
Choose How Many Notifications to Show
Use the Records selection to control how many notifications appear on the page at one time.
You can choose to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 records.
Search Notifications
Use the Search Notifications field to find notifications related to a specific topic.
For example, searching for contract will filter the list to notifications related to contracts.
Understand the Notifications Table
The Notifications table provides details about each notification:
Column | What It Shows |
Message | The notification message or label. |
URL | A link to the event or transaction related to the notification. |
Status | Shows whether the notification has been marked as read or is still unread. |
Creation At | The date and time the notification was created. |
Actions | Options to mark an unread notification as read or delete it. |
Manage Multiple Notifications
Use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to manage more than one notification at a time.
Select the notifications you want to manage.
To select all notifications shown on the page, use the checkbox in the table header.
Click Mark as Read to mark the selected notifications as read.
Click the red Delete button to delete the selected notifications.
Manage a Single Notification
You can also manage notifications individually using the Actions column.
Mark as Read: Mark an unread notification as read.
Delete: Click the red trash can icon to delete the notification.
Good to know: When you mark a notification as read, the unread notification count above the bell icon will update automatically.
