Services is the way to track any labor that you offer to your clients that isn't tied specifically to a product. In order to create a service, you'll first need to create a service group. Check out our Add Service Group article for instructions on adding a service group. Once you've created your service group, you'll be able to add services.
To add a service, you'll click on Services in your navigation menu and then click the green Add button. When you click add a drop down menu will appear below the button where you'll click on the Service option.
This will bring you to the create service page where you'll enter the details about the service you offer. You'll be required to enter a title, add it to a group, select a unit type and add the rate. You also have additional options like marking the service taxable and discountable, and adding a description, notes, and images.
If your subscription includes the premium logistics option, you'll have the option to mark your service Bookable if it is a type of service that cannot be provided simultaneously in several places. When you check this box the Unit Type field turns into the Hourly Rate field and the Rate field β into the Fixed Rate field, which means you have an opportunity to enter both an hourly rate and a fixed rate for that service. This will allow you to book the service through your Crew Scheduler under your premium logistics tab. Once you have entered all the information about your service, you'll click the green Create Service button at the bottom and you'll be taken to your services list where you'll see your newly created service. You can view, edit, or delete this service using the eye, pencil, and trashcan icons at the end of the row.
