You can see more information about your customers on their client profile. You will automatically be taken to the client profile when adding a customer through the client list, or you can get to the client profile by clicking the eye icon at the end of that customer's row in your client list.

On the client profile, you'll be able to access all the information about this customer including previous orders and communication.

Below the client's name in the left column, you'll be able to see if a customer has an outstanding balance under the Owed heading and any of that which is past due will be under the Overdue heading.

Just below the balance information, you'll be able to add or adjust their store credit with the blue Adjust Store Credit button.

When you click the blue Adjust Store Credit a window will popup where you can add or subtract store credit and if necessary reference one of the customer's orders.

To the right, you'll see the options to view additional information about the customer. You can view different information by clicking on each tab. To edit or add addresses, you click on the Addresses tab.

You can edit existing address by clicking the pencil icon under actions, or you can add an address by clicking the green Add Address button.

To view any contacts connected to this client or add new ones, you click on the Contacts tab.

To add a contact for this client, you'll click the green Add Contact button.

To view any orders or quotes from this customer, you'll click the Orders tab.

You can click on any order number to view an order, or you can create a new order or quote by clicking the green Create Transaction button.

If you've saved any credit cards or have credit logs, those will be under the associated tabs.

You can view a customer's email logs under the Email Logs tab.

In the email logs, you'll be able to see the status of an email (undelivered, delivered, opened, and clicked) as well as view the email and any attachments.

You can also upload any files specific to that client, like tax exempt forms. To upload a file to the client profile, click on the Files tab and then click the green Upload Files button.

Under the Documents tab you'll be able to specify if the customer has specific files other than the defaults.

If you have any questions about the client profile or managing client information, please reach out to our team at [email protected].
