Follow these steps to link your Rentopian account with Google Calendar and manage event synchronization.
1. Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings in your Rentopian account.
Click on the Company Details tile.
2. Access Third-Party Integrations
Click on the Third-Party Integration tab.
Find and click the green Connect with Google Calendar button.
3. Authorize Rentopian
Select the Google account you want to connect.
Grant Rentopian access to manage your calendar events.
Click Continue to complete the connection.
4. Configure Calendar Sync Options
Once connected, you’ll see a green success message.
Scroll down to select which data to sync, including:
Orders and quotes
Transactions without assigned drivers
Transaction notes
Links to picking slips and packing lists
Dispatching and crew planner details (for premium logistics users)
Automatic event deletion for expired or canceled transactions
5. View Rentopian Events in Google Calendar
Google Calendar will now show:
Delivery, Will Call Pickup, and Will Call Return events
Transaction details, including transportation type and client info
Toggle event visibility by clicking the checkmarks next to each event type.
6. Reconnecting or Changing Google Accounts
If you experience issues, use the Reconnect button to refresh the connection.
If you need to disconnect your calendar, click the red Disconnect from Google Calendar button.
