Go to the Quotes section from the main menu.
Here, besides adding new quotes you can manage the list of the existing quotes. It can be exported both in PDF and Excel formats, if necessary, by selecting one of the options from the "Export" dropdown button on the right side of the page above the list.
You can manage the columns of the list you want to see by clicking on the “Show/Hide Columns” dropdown and checking or unchecking the boxes in front of the titles of the columns you want or don’t want to be shown.
You can also filter the list of quotes by clicking on the “Payment Status” dropdown and unchecking/checking the boxes if you want to see, for example, not paid, paid, or partially paid quotes on the list.
Check the “Expired Quotes” box if you want to see only expired quotes on the list.
If you have multiple locations set in Rentopian, you will also see Location filter in case you would like to show quote only for one or several specific locations.
The quote list can be sorted by any column by clicking on the column name. You can also view by clicking the eye icon each quote, edit by clicking on the pencil icon, or delete by clicking the trash can the quote by choosing one of the options under the Actions column.
You can also select the number of entries you want to see and search the product list.
If you are looking for specific quote in the list, you can use the search filed and type search phrase whether it is the client's name, quote number or event date.
