Work Orders

Go to the Work Orders section from the main menu and click on the List submenu.

Here, besides adding new work orders, you can manage the list of the existing ones. You can select the number of entries you want to see on the list and search it. The list can be exported both in PDF and Excel formats, if necessary, by selecting one of the options from the Export dropdown button on the right side of the page.

The list can be sorted by any column by clicking on the column name.

You can also update status by clicking the checkmark icon, view by clicking on the eye icon, edit by clicking on the pencil icon or delete by clicking on the trash can icon the work order from the list by choosing one of the options under the “Actions” column.

Click on the Update Status (check mark icon) button.

A pop-up window will open. You can change the priority of the work order here by choosing one of the available options (“None”, “Low”, “Medium”, “High”) and status (“Open”, “On Hold”, “In Progress” and “Complete”). When you select the Complete option the items go back from the Quarantine to the Inventory.
