The Dispatching Dashboard helps you view, filter, and manage all logistics stops for deliveries and pickups. Here’s how to use it:

1. Access the Dispatching Dashboard

  • Go to Drivers in your main navigation menu.

  • Select Dispatching from the submenu to open your dashboard.

2. Use Filters

At the top of your dashboard, you can narrow your view using filters:

  • Location: Choose one or view all locations.

  • Type: View only Deliveries, Pickups, or All.

  • Driver: Filter by assigned driver.

  • Status: Show Incomplete, Complete, or All.

  • Payment Status: Filter based on payment completion.

  • Finalized Orders: Include or exclude finalized transactions.

  • Date Range: Select a Start and End Date (up to one week).

  • Include Quotes/Tentative Orders: Preview orders not yet confirmed.

3. View and Navigate the Map

  • The map shows your main location as a red house icon.

  • Orange pins indicate deliveries and purple pins indicate pickups.

  • Completed stops show a checkmark in the white circle.

  • Use the white square in the top right to expand to full screen.

  • Move or zoom by clicking the white circle in the bottom right corner to open the navigation tools.

  • Click a pin to highlight it (it will animate with a bounce) and view details like:

    • Type of stop (Delivery or Pickup)

    • Date and time

    • Transaction title and number

    • Client name

4. View the Logistics Table

  • Below the map, view a full list of all logistics stops.

  • Use Show/Hide Columns to customize your view.

  • Search for a specific driver using the Search Bar.

  • Export the list to PDF or Excel.

5. Assign Drivers

  • Select a logistics stop and click the blue Assign to Driver at the top left of the table to assign multiple stops at once.

  • Or click the Add Driver button in the actions of a stop to assign individually.

  • Select a driver from your list, then click the green Assign button.

  • After assignment, a blue checkmark button appears which you can use to mark completion.

6. Mark Deliveries or Pickups as Complete

  • Click the blue checkmark button to mark a stop as completed.

  • Confirm the action in the pop-up window by clicking Confirm.

  • The map pin will now show a a checkmark inside the white circle of the pin to indicate completion.
