Adding a Recurring Task
Go to the Tasks section from the main menu.
Click on the Recurring Tasks tab.
Click on the “Add Recurring Task” button to add a new recurring task. A pop-up window will open.
Name – Enter the name of the recurring task.
Start Date – Enter the start date.
Deadline – Enter the deadline
Interval – Choose the interval from a dropdown list.
Recurring Until – Enter the timeframe until which, you want the task to recur.
Description – Write a description if needed.
Tags – Create tags.
Visibility – Select the “Public” option if anyone can complete the task and the “Private” option if you need someone specific to fulfill the task. If you choose the “Private” option additional Share Task With field will open.
Attachment – Click on the “Add Attachment” button to upload the attachment file (if needed).
Click on the Create Task button.
Existing Recurring Tasks
The recurring tasks list can be sorted by any column by clicking on the column name.
Under the Actions column, you can edit by clicking on the pencil icon or delete by clicking on the trash can icon.
