Order type and order status
Product
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)
⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out
This report behaves differently from most others:
It always covers a fixed window of the last 4 years. There is no date-range picker — you can't shorten or extend the period.
Deleted orders are excluded, and only real inventory items are counted.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
