Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Products Income report shows how much revenue each product generated over a period, so you can see which items earn the most.

Where to Find It

Reports → Product & Inventory Reports → Products Income

What This Report Shows

  • Product name and variant, with category and tag

  • Transportation (delivery/pickup) type

  • Quantity

  • Total revenue for that product

  • Rental dates

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the event date, the order start date, or the order creation date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Category, tag, transportation type, and payment status

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Before reading the results, note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Only confirmed orders are included. Quotes are excluded.

  • Cancelled orders are excluded.

  • Only active or returned rental items are counted.

How to Read the Results

Revenue is grouped by product, so each row totals what that product earned across all matching orders in the period.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
