The Products/Sets History report gives you an order-by-order history of how a product or set has been used, including who rented it and where it went.

Reports → Product & Inventory Reports → Products/Sets History
What This Report Shows
Order number and type
Product name, variant, and barcode
Location and quantity
Client name and delivery address
Order start, end, and return dates
Filters You Can Apply
Date type — match the date range against the event date, the order start date, or the order creation date
Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.
Order type, order status, product, category, and client
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)
⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out
Note what this report leaves out automatically:
Deleted orders are excluded.
Both rentals and sales are included. Unlike the rental-only reports, this history shows items whether they were rented or sold.
How to Read the Results
Rows are grouped by product, client, and order, so the same item can appear on multiple rows across its rental history.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
