Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Max Used Products report shows the highest quantity of each product that was committed on any single day within your date range — useful for understanding peak demand and whether you have enough stock.

Where to Find It

Reports → Product & Inventory Reports → Max Used Products

What This Report Shows

  • Product name and variant

  • The peak quantity reached on a single day

  • The date that peak occurred

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the event date, the order start date, or the order creation date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Order type, order status, and product

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report leaves out automatically:

  • Deleted orders are excluded. If you don't choose an order status, deleted orders are still left out.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
