The Not Used Products report shows inventory that sat idle — products that were not on any order during your date range. It's the opposite of a usage report and helps you spot underperforming stock.
Where to Find It

What This Report Shows
Product name and variant
The inventory item and its quantity
Filters You Can Apply
Date type — match the date range against the event date, the order start date, or the order creation date
Date range — the period you want to check for inactivity. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.
Order type
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)
⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out
Note how this report decides what to show:
Only active inventory is considered. Inactive or archived items are not listed.
It shows only items that appeared on no order during your date range. If a product was used even once in the period, it won't appear here.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
