Orders Report

A line-by-line list of your orders with totals, clients, and balances, plus the filters and built-in exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Orders report gives you a line-by-line list of your orders with totals, client details, and balances — useful for reviewing sales activity over a date range.

Where to Find It

Reports → Transaction Reports → Orders

What This Report Shows

  • Order number and date

  • Order total, total with fees, and total excluding tax

  • Item quantity

  • Client name, email, and address

  • Delivery and venue address, and delivery type

  • Order type, balance due, card fee, and the user who created the order

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the start, end, event, or creation date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Minimum order amount and minimum item count

  • Order status, order type, and event type

  • Client

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report leaves out automatically — regardless of your filters:

  • Order templates and deleted orders are excluded. Only real, non-deleted orders are counted.

Permissions & Visibility

If your account is restricted to clients or orders you manage, you'll only see those. You'll also only see orders for the locations you have access to.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
