Cancellation Report

Review cancelled and expired orders with reasons, to track cancellation trends, plus filters and exclusions.

Written by Hrant Minasyan

The Cancellation report lists cancelled orders along with their reasons, helping you spot trends in why business is lost.

Where to Find It

Reports → Transaction Reports → Cancellation

What This Report Shows

  • Order number and total (with and without fees)

  • Order type and event type

  • Cancellation reason and cancel date

  • Client name, the user who created the order, and the salesperson

  • Notes

Filters You Can Apply

  • Date type — match the date range against the event date, order start date, or cancellation date

  • Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.

  • Client

  • Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)

⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out

Note what this report shows and leaves out:

  • Only cancelled and expired orders appear. Active and completed orders are never shown here.

  • Order templates are excluded.

Exporting

You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
