The Weekly Total Count report shows the total quantity of products committed each week, giving you a simple week-by-week view of volume.

What This Report Shows
Week start and end dates
Total quantity of products for that week
Filters You Can Apply
Date type — match the date range against the creation date, order start date, or event date
Date range — the period you want to review. A single report can cover up to about 13 months at a time; to review a longer span, run consecutive ranges and combine the exported files in Excel.
Order type, order status, and product
Location — if your company has more than one location, you can limit results to specific locations. (Single-location accounts won't see this filter.)
⚠️ What This Report Already Filters Out
Note what this report leaves out automatically:
Deleted orders and order templates are excluded.
Exporting
You can export the report to Excel, CSV, or PDF. Larger reports are generated in the background — you'll be notified when the file is ready to download.
