Go to the Product section from the main menu and click on the Availability submenu.
Product – Select the product which availability you want to check from the list. Enter the name of the product to search for a desired product if need to find a specific product and select it.
Provide the dates in the appropriate fields (Start Date and End Date) to show the availability.
Check the box if you want to see overbooked items only.
Click on the “Show Availability” button.
A calendar will open showing both the number of items you have in stock and the number of items that are available for the days selected.
When you hold the cursor on one of the dates additional information about the state of your product will show up.
A common use case for product availability is to gain an understanding of where are some of your product items, are any of the items set aside in quarantine for repair or maintenance, are there any purchase orders for these products or are some of those sub rented from a different vendor.
When product quantities on orders and quotes are missing some, check the product availability section to find out where the products might be.
